As we enter our 7th season, we would like to reflect on the impact Moore OnStage has had on this community.
We have produced 32 shows over the past 6 years, which has been an overwhelming undertaking. Due to the fact that we don't have a stage of our own, each venue that we have performed in (Sunrise Theater, Lee Auditorium and Owens Auditorium) has been rented and outfitted with rigging, lights and sound, not to mention sets that had to be transported to those various locations. As a result, our productions normally cost between $30,000 and $50,000 to produce.
However, our commitment to bringing professional productions to the Sandhills has never waned, nor will it as we present our 7th season. We hope that we can continue this journey together with enthusiasm and the belief that we have selected shows with you in mind.

Winner of 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award, Doubt is a gripping story of suspicion cast on a priest's behavior that is less about scandal than about fascinatingly nuanced questions of moral certainty.
"An eloquent and provocative investigation of truth and consequences. A gripping mystery, tightly written."
